Our Products

Each Norsh product is made to order and embroidered just for you. Because of this, we don’t hold stock and can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.

We always recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with the wrong design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Fill in the faulty or incorrect items form.
Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we can only cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in production.
